EDITRIX PICKS: DERBY DRESSES & HATS

It’s my favorite time of the year – Derby time!  For those of you who don’t know, I grew up going to the Derby since I lived in Louisville.  My family had a box for generations and I loved watching my mom and aunts dress up in the latest fashion and hats for the day at the Downs, Churchill Downs that is!  There is nothing better than getting all dolled up with family and friends and heading out to watch the races and sipping on Mint Juleps while betting on your favorite horse!  It’s not only the first Saturday in May that is awesome in Louisville, but it is the whole month of events in the city and the energy that the people have leading up to it.  It’s definitely something for your bucket list if you haven’t been.  If you aren’t heading to the Derby this year, these dresses and hats can be worn at any race track across the country or any spring time event or wedding – just channel your inner Duchess Kate Middleton!  Shop by clicking the images above or links below:
