Sometimes neutrals can be so much more dramatic than a bright pop of color.
I love a great pair of white jeans in the winter. It really seems so rich to me. Instead of trying to make a statement by adding black or a bold color, I really have been obsessing about pairing neutrals together. I have already told you about my love affair with this camel coat and what a great compliment it is to this look. I want to mention a few things about the white jeans – I am not a fan of too tight jeans so this sort of slim boyfriend fit is perfect, especially when it’s colder out. I also love these because they are part of the spotless collection from Joe’s Jeans – they have a coating on them to prevent all of those pesky spots you get on white jeans. Someone told me once that Joe jeans are the best fitting jeans you will ever own. Would you agree with that? They are pretty pricey and I hesistate to spend that much on a pair of jeans. Also, love that today’s photoshoot features downtown Louisville!!! And, I really do like the neutrals that you pulled together for this look.
Hi Harriet! I love Joe’s Jeans! They are definitely great fitting and usually run true to size. I look at jeans as an investment because you’ll wear them so much so you might as well get nice ones that fit perfectly and make you feel good! And yes- so fun shooting this in Louisville. xx
