I love traveling and try to do it as often as I can. This weekend we went to a wedding for my husband’s fraternity brother in Dallas, where it just so happens I have a lot of family. We were excited to explore the city, eat some great Tex-Mex food, catch up with loved ones, and attend a beautiful wedding.
Our first night out in Dallas I didn’t know what the restaurant, Mi Cocina, was like so I went for an all black look that would be look good anywhere. We pulled up to the affluent neighborhood of Highland Park and then into Highland Park Village only to see amazing stores and restaurants, including Mi Cocina, which I later found out is a favorite spot for a lot of Dallas friends.
After some great window shopping at Chanel, DVF, Anthropologie and LAFF & Co, my husband and I settled into a fabulous family dinner with my uncle and cousin and had the best time over delicious food. We fell in love with Dallas that night.
