Over-the-knee boots are one of the hottest new trends of the season. In the past these boots may have been scary for a lot of women who don’t want the association with ‘Pretty Woman’, but I will be the first to tell you this year you have so many wardrobe options to pair with these boots with that are classy, not trashy. With all of the amazing a-line skirts, midi skirts, drop-waist dresses, skinny jeans, etc., you can always feel chic while still being covered up.
If you opt for a skirt or dress, my tip is make sure the length hits no higher than an inch or two from the top of the boots. Show a little skin but reserve your mini dresses to pair with your booties instead. This is a fashion forward trend so be daring and invest in a solid pair you can get lots of wear in season after season. These are also great for keeping your legs warm this winter!
