Every now and again I love trying a new look and this one is not necessarily my go-to style, but it’s fun and edgy!

It’s still going to be hot for at least another month here in LA and while some are ready to move on to fall fashion, Angelenos don’t have that option.  Instead, I am just getting creative with what I have in my closet in order to switch up my look and not get bored with the same old same old.  I have had this skirt in my closet for over a year and always have a hard time figuring out what to pair with it because you can’t tuck a shirt into it.  Now that I have a few crop tops I found an easy solution.   Another option would be a blouse you can tie at the waist.  This shirt is as cropped as I will go, but the color and print makes it super fun and fresh without revealing too much.  This obviously isn’t a great look for the office, but it’s a fun weekend or nighttime getup.  Shop the pieces below:
