If you wear makeup hopefully it is because you want to accentuate and play up your unique and beautiful features, not mask what your momma gave you! And that’s precisely what today’s tutorial is about. I have recently been trying a lot of different eye makeup palettes and love bronzes, browns and pinks. I was wondering why I was so drawn to them and why I liked them better on my eyes until I sat down with a makeup artist who explained that you are supposed to choose the color on the color wheel across from your eye color! Since I have blue eye, brown and bronze and gold are the perfect way to make my eyes pop! All of those shades just happen to be in this one great new palette for spring – so I use it as a one stop shop for blending a customized eye shadow color and for my eyeliner! Hi Missy! It is not waterproof. It’s just regular but it stays on really well and doesn’t flake.
