I am a huge fan of faux leather because let’s face it, Peta would be after me if I wasn’t and it is so affordable, not to mention it is hard to differentiate from real leather in appearance. These shorts are a faux leather track short, which brings a bit of casualness to the leather – the last thing you want are skin-tight leather shorts! I paired it with this striped sweater because our Cali temps are hot in the afternoon, but dipping low in the evening so I have been mixing summer and fall separates to be comfortable. I loved adding this big statement necklace with this casual sweater for an unexpected touch. The bag was a decision made to tie into the blue in the sweater.
