If you are like me, you are usually a bit stressed, often tired, sometimes overwhelmed, and usually just trying to stay a positive person, who is happy and enjoys life!  With the holidays in full swing, I thought there was no better time than now to share some of my tips for staying positive everyday and trying to stay calm, even when life seems too stressful.  As a mom, wife and business owner, I have a lot on my plate and I needed some help in the taking better care of “me” department.  I recently went to a conference to hear a lot of successful women entrepreneurs talk about how they manage to juggle it all and stay sane – and many of them said the same type of things.  Number one on their list was to make time for yourself.  There was also an osteopath there to give us some great easy tips to implement in our everyday lives; this is what I am sharing with you today.  And I PROMISE they are easy to do and they are very helpful.  I have been doing them for a month or so and really noticed a difference in my mindset.
