KEEP AT IT

The gitters and kinks that come along with a new year and big goals have melted away.  Now confidence is key.

A while back I wrote about big expectations for the New Year adding a lot of extra stress on me, and boy did it ever!  Luckily, after settling back in from vacation in Mexico and NYFW, I am in my groove and feeling great about what’s ahead.  Being a full-time blogger and style expert is very interesting.  It definitely has its highs and lows, and though success doesn’t come overnight, the hustle is well worth it when I start seeing the fruit of what I am building.  What am I building you may ask?  That is still unfolding!  I love giving fashion, beauty and travel tips and tricks and being creative everyday.  In addition to the blog I am really trying to do a lot more video – so make sure you are subscribed to my Youtube channel!  I have a lot of fun video projects I will be working on!

Back to the matter at hand – “if you build it, they will come.”  After pounding the pavement in the recent weeks and really focusing on getting my name and work out there more, I am now getting to work with some amazing people and brands that I dreamed about.  I can’t wait to share it all with you guys this year!  I put the positive energy out in the universe and the universe is answering.  I swear positivity = positivity, so if you’re down in the dumps and things aren’t exactly going your way, try to get back to being grateful for the basics (like the little things we all take for granted – food, a roof over our heads, people who love us, etc) instead of dwelling on the negative.  It will always help you see around the hurdles and it makes other people want to help you succeed.  Anyway, hope you guys are chasing your dreams on this beautiful Tuesday – I know I am!  Shop my look below:
