You guys know I am a beauty junkie and I have to be honest, I have been a Neutrogena fan for as long as I can remember and Rite Aid is my go-t0 spot to shop for the products. Neutrogena was the only face wash and moisturizer I used to buy before I started getting sent all the goodies, so you can imagine how excited I am to work with them! It is still a tried and true favorite of mine and their iconic pink grapefruit line is amazing. It smells divine, the packing is pretty in pink, and I really love using the body wash and oil-free acne face wash. There’s no better way than to start your day with an invigorating scent that makes you feel ready to make it happen. As a mama, I can use any extra incentives to get me energized and motivated in the morning. Plus, for every 2 Neutrogena skincare products you buy at any Rite Aid retail store or online at www.RiteAid.com until September 10th, Neutrogena will donate $5 to Susan G. Komen. Sign me up!

Neutrogena’s campaign of Pink Power and Susan G. Komen’s message of Be More than Pink complement each other very well. Both brands are encouraging women to feel empowered and confident that they can take on the world and the challenges that they may encounter along the way. Rite Aid is the retail partner helping them to bring this partnership to life. This makes me so proud to help promote the partnership because I actually have a long and not so pretty history with breast cancer. I unfortunately knew what breast cancer was starting at a young age when I found out my grandmother had no breast because she had a double-mastectomy and was a breast cancer survivor. Cancer has always scared me. While my grandmother survived breast cancer, she lost her mom at a age 15 and it scarred her for life. It also traumatized my dad when his mom, my grandmother, was in and out of hospitals while he was growing up. I hate the C word and am so thankful for organizations like Susan G. Komen. I also actually had a breast cancer scare five years ago when I requested an early mammogram because of my family history and it came back with a weird screening, which resulted in a biopsy. Lucky for me, it was negative and I am fine, but it’s not to say I don’t still worry about it for me, my mom, my sisters and friends. I hope one day very soon we can cure cancer and won’t have to worry about their terrible disease anymore.

So if you want great beauty products and to support a great cause, head into a nearby Rite Aid store this month and buy all of the Neutrogena Pink Grapefruit products. You’ll love the yummy smelling face wipes too AND all the products have amazing price points! Thanks so much for stopping by today! I’ll be back tomorrow with another new fashion post!
