Sometimes you need just the right amount of bling and this shirt has it! I love the idea of pairing this top with this school girl-esque pleated skirt and booties instead of pumps. It adds edge to the look. Also, these two separate pieces can be worn so many ways. This top with jeans, leather pants, etc would be great, and this skirt with a tee and blazer or sweater would work really well.
