On a more serious note, I try to stay light and positive on the blog, but I feel it is only right to share how I feel about this weekend’s shooting in Orlando. I am so sickened and tired of hearing about these terrible shootings, as I am sure you are as well. I wanted to make it easy for you to do something. All it takes is an email or phone call to your senator or legislator and don’t worry – there is already one drafted for you HERE, along with links to contact your state’s senator today. It’s not the solution, but it’s one step in the right direction. Sensible gun laws does not mean we want to take away everyone’s guns, but it does mean we want background checks and possibly less assault weapons on the streets.
