This is a new type of post for me and it will be a weekly one. Every week (sometimes everyday) I am obsessed with one particular item. This has to be something that I really love and can’t live without it or think is the latest and greatest idea. This first one is dedicated to the amazing Tangle Teezer. I have been a fan of the unique-looking brush for over two years now, but I was reminded this week when I met the founder why it is so great! Read on for the new styles of hair brushes and where you can buy them. 
So to give you a little background – my hair gets so tangled and turns into a rat’s nest at the drop of a hat! I have color-treated, thick, yet fine hair and it’s long. Sort of a recipe for damage and disaster so I am always looking for new ways to take care of my hair and to make it easier on me when I get out of the shower. There is nothing worse than ripping through tangles for 15 minutes. The original Tangle Teezer is great and better than a lot of brushes I have tried, but this new one, the Aqua Splash, it amazing because the shape allows you too keep it in the shower without collecting water in it, it’s plastic and won’t turn yucky, and you can brush your hair out when the conditioner is still in it! It cut my brushing time in half when I got out of the shower. The other new one I just picked up is the compact styler, which is great for traveling. It has a case on it to protect the bristles from getting damaged when you are on the go.
