I have been dying to try the denim jacket off the shoulder look, and finally did it!
Sometimes I have to view trends from afar for a while before I actually want to try them out, and also I have to find the right pieces to wear to make the trend work. I have been seeing a lot of denim jackets off the shoulder with dresses and tops and when I came across this great oversize jacket I envisioned it with a chunky sweater and this look all came together. I feel like it’s totally comfortable, easy to wear to work or our for dinner this fall and winter, but it definitely gives off that edgy, fashion-forward vibe. I paired the top with these staple pinstripe pants and heels and felt very fall, which has finally hit LA! Thank goodness – no more 100 degree weather for now.
I just got back from visiting my family and friends in Louisville, Kentucky this weekend and am sad to be back to the grind. It was so nice to totally unplug and just hang out for a few days. Smith had the time of his life and we couldn’t have asked for better fall weather and beautiful trees and leaves. Lots more fall fashion looks coming to the blog soon!
