The slip dress – my favorite style dress right now. I know it’s August and sort of a weird time to shop. If you are in LA or a warm climate you might have at least two or three more months of heat, but if you are up north, you might just have a month left, so it’s hard to know what to shop for right now! Regardless of where you live, I think the one thing we all need to be buying right now is a slip dress! It’s going to be perfect in these hot days coming up, but it’s also the perfect transitional piece for your fall wardrobe. It can we layered with a denim or leather jacket and when it really starts to cool down, it will look great with tights and booties.
I really love midi length slip dresses because they super comfortable and versatile. I’ll be wearing mine with sneakers during the day to dress it down and at night with a red lip and heels to dress it up.
