NEW MOM STAPLES

When you are a new mom the simplest things like getting dressed can seem overwhelming so I have been wearing a few staple pieces a lot lately.

A light jacket, sweater, jeans and a chic pair of boots are exactly what the doctor ordered!  Happy Monday guys!  I promise am going to try to get better at blogging more and making more videos!  It’s been rough getting back in the swing of things with the new baby, but I am excited to start working again and thankfully I have my mom helping me out so I can spend some time working a few days a week.  So more posts coming this week!

I hope you had a nice weekend!  I had a birthday yesterday and we had a great weekend (see more on my Instagram and Snapchat!).  I got some much needed sleep on Friday night when Mr. Smith slept until 6am – can you believe it?! – and then I had a fun date night out with my husband on Saturday night.  Sunday we relaxed around the house and my mom and sister brought us cupcakes and we had dinner at home.  It was so nice.  Smith is getting so bright-eyed and fun too.  He has been playing with his activity mat and loving it!
