I love bomber jackets and leather skirts for fall – two key essentials!
I wore this outfit recently to the Ted Baker event and got to pick everything out in the store. I went straight for pieces I knew I could get a lot of wear out of this fall. I love bomber jackets, especially fun printed ones like this that I can wear with jeans, a cute leather skirt or maxi skirt or even over a whimsical dress this fall. I also love this amazing asymmetrical black leather skirt because it can be easily dressed up with a silk top and heels like I did here, but I’ll also wear it on a Monday to run errands pairing it with sneakers and a graphic tee. How was your weekend? I hope you had a great one. I had great down time catching up on TV and hanging with my two boys and then Sunday I got to host an amazing Fall Fashion Show at Macy’s. It was so much fun. I co-hosted it with my fellow Style Expert Jenn Chan and we talked about 18 fall looks on models. It was so inspiring and so great for me to be back in Rancho Cucamonga, a little city outside of LA, where I first lived when I moved from Kentucky to California back in college. I did a year exchange to Cal State San Bernardino and shopped at this particular spot all of the time, so it was definitely a full circle moment for me and I wish my younger self then would have known then that everything would work out and one day all my dreams would come true with a lot of hard work! So cool!
