Plaid is one of fall’s biggest trends and mixing prints or plaid-on-plaid is the perfect way to make a fashion-forward statement.

I love plaid year-round, but it’s especially perfect around the holidays!  I am obsessed with plaid scarves this season so the other day I came up with the fun idea of mixing a few plaid pieces together for a classic fall look. Plaid is cozy by nature, but this is a great way to make it look elegant.  I love this look because it is polished enough for a day at the office, but seasonal enough to take you from the office to a festive gathering afterwards.  The addition of tailored trousers, heels and a denim jacket gives off that effortlessly chic vibe.  Shop the whole look below:
