PERFECT WHITE BLOUSE

I get asked a lot about the one thing every woman needs in her closet and it’s hands down the perfect white blouse!

I feel like I collect white blouses these days as long as they are timeless and chic.  I fell in love with this boxy one with the billowy sleeves and get stopped everytime I wear it by ladies asking where I got it.  It’s  simple, but it makes everything else look super cool. And I love dressing up shorts during the summer with a nice white blouse. I wore this for a Facebook Live on my Fashion Mamas channel recently and styled it with these cute red slides, bright tassel earrings and then added a chic blush toned bucket bag.

What’s the one thing in your closet you are wearing over and over this summer?

I hope you guys had a great weekend. We went to an awesome jazz place in LA called Vibrato Jazz Grille on Saturday night and it was so much fun! I can’t wait to go back. And then yesterday for Father’s Day we hung around the house with family and grilled out. We did a lot of veggies and veggie burgers. I am from Kentucky and grew up eating a lot of meat, but recently my whole family has been questioning meat because of the hormones, poor treatment of animals, etc. so we are not going veggie or vegan, but we want to do more meatless meals to help the animals and the environment (livestock has a bigger effect on the planet than anything else). Anyway, I hate when people preach about this stuff because this is a very personal decision to make – to eat meat or not – but I thought I would share my feelings on the matter and how I am trying to make small changes. But you better believe when I do get the red meat craving every so often I’ll eat a burger, as long as it’s organic and humanely raised (unless it’s Shake Shack lol)!
