I was so excited this past week to have been invited to the Miss Golden Globes Luncheon at the Beverly Hilton honoring Miss Golden Globe, Sosie Bacon – the daughter of Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick. When invited to a luncheon I always think a dress or skirt is lady-like and appropriate – this new floral print pencil skirt was exactly what I was looking for. I added a simple black tank and blazer and kept the rest of the look minimal since the skirt was the real statement piece. I wanted to add a little color with the heels and that’s it. Sophisticated chic!
