Every week I have been practicing gratefulness and I can tell you it is really paying off.
I talked a months or so ago about getting back to basics whenever you are going through something rough or getting down on yourself and it really helps change your mood and mindset. I have been dealing with so much stress with the house hunt lately, we lost another one that we fell in love with, but I always know there is a silver lining. Sometimes you can’t see it, but regardless I know how lucky I am to have so many other great things in my life. And not to mention, I am a fighter and know nothing worth having comes easy. Three things I am grateful for today: a roof over my head, a mom who is always there to listen and my husband. I know you guys are probably wondering what this story has to do with this blog post lol, but I wore this look last week when we toured what we thought was our new house. I let the disappointing news get me down for an hour, but then I moved on. Clearly it wasn’t meant to be, but at least I looked cute while doing it all! Shop my look below:
Elevenses Tweed Moto Jacket (similar HERE) // Monrow Tissue V-Neck Tshirt // Old Navy Pixie Chino Pants // Madison Leopard Flats (similar HERE) // Celine Nano Bag (similar HERE) // Kendra Scott Jana Bracelet // Giles and Brother Skinny Spike Cuff
Oh my goodness! This post just made me so happy because I have almost the same pants from Old Navy and just did a post on them! You look beautiful as always!

These pants are so flattering and easy – love them Margaret!
Nothing worth having ever comes easy, that’s for sure. Can’t wait to see what house y’all end up with! Regardless – you have that killer bomber jacket to lighten the load.
